You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the Service.
You retain ownership of any photographs and images you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, transform, and reproduce your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including generating 3D models and producing physical prints.

All prices are displayed at the time of order and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on the Service. All sales are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within the estimated timeframes provided. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Because each figurine is custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for completed orders. However, if your figurine arrives damaged or with a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by 3dprintmypic LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 3DPRINTMYPIC LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3dprintmypic LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
